Can’t say enough good things about Zach! I called him late yesterday and he showed up bright and early this morning. We had a water leak and the water wasn’t making its way to the house. He found the leak in a matter of minutes, had it fixed in under 20 minutes and boom, we had water. He also mentioned we had another smaller leak because our meter was was showing it. He checked both our toilets and found they were the culprit. He had the parts on hand and fixed both. He’s professional, courteous, and honest. We will be using him when we change out our water heater to a tankless water heater in the future. Can’t say enough great things about Zach. Super responsive- called back during the holiday week (Xmas and NYE) within a few hours, got us on the schedule within a week. He was very reasonably priced. Showed up on time (even a little early), worked efficiently and analyzed a problem we hadn’t originally anticipated. He had a good solution and all the tools with him to fix it with him. He also did a video analysis of our drains and checked everything several times. I would highly highly recommend.
